Fulfillment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 7 July 2025

1. Scope of Services

Outer Platforms Limited (“we”, “us”) builds custom web and mobile applications, provides code hand‑off and/or cloud deployment, and offers ongoing maintenance subscriptions.

2. How We Deliver

  • Milestone projects: Deliverables are provided digitally via Git repositories, build artefacts, and/or live server deployments. Each milestone’s target delivery window is detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Maintenance or hosting plans: Access credentials and status dashboards are issued within 24 hours of successful payment.
  • Communication & progress: We maintain a shared project board (GitHub / Jira) and send fortnightly status updates.

3. Acceptance of Deliverables

A deliverable is deemed accepted 10 business days after delivery unless the client reports a material defect in writing. We will remediate defects promptly at no extra charge.

EU consumers have a statutory 14‑day withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU. To receive work immediately, you may waive this right during checkout; otherwise we will not begin work until the withdrawal period ends.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • How to cancel: Email support@outerplatforms.com.
  • Projects: Either party may cancel a fixed‑price project by written notice. We will cease work immediately and invoice or refund based on Section 4.
  • Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further payments will be taken after that date.
